Telephone Services Pricing

FAU OIT's Telecommunications department created a simplified billing model offering predictability in pricing for the telephone services.

Requests for installations, moves, adds, or changes should be sent through FAU Help Desk. These requests should be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the actual needed date. If you have any questions or services, please call OIT's Telecommunications department at 561-297-6235.

Recurring Costs


Please be aware that the cost of new phones will no longer be included in the monthly rates. New phones and/or replacement phones will be charged a purchase price for the phone.

Any type of a customized call processing, or call distribution designs, requests will be priced according to the required features. If you would like to request any of these services, please submit a ticket through the Help Desk.
