SharePoint Calendars

When you connect a SharePoint calendar to Outlook, it appears under Other Calendars within your Calendar Folders (left menu panel).

How to Do Add a SharePoint Calendar to Outlook


  1. In a Web browser, open the SharePoint site where the calendar resides.
  2. On the Calendar tab, in the Connect & Export group, click Connect to Outlook. SharePointCalendar
  3. Click Allow when prompted to confirm that you want to allow the Website to open a program on your computer. Click Yes when prompted to confirm that you want to connect the SharePoint calendar to Outlook.
  4. In Outlook, the SharePoint calendar is added to the Navigation Panel under Other Calendars.
